At Bradley Smoker, we stand behind the quality of our food smokers and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a trackable carrier to our return center, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 7-10 business days.
